Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with DDH Creates. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist you.
Returns:
- We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, such as the Winter Sensory Play Kit.
- DDH Creates reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
