Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery Estimates:
- Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are typically 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Please note that these estimates may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
How do I track my order?
Customers will receive email notifications for order confirmation, shipment tracking, and delivery updates.
Returns
How do I return an item?
For any questions or assistance regarding returns, please visit the Contact page and fill out the inquiry form.
How many days do I have to request a return?
- We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, such as the Winter Sensory Play Kit.
What if my items arrived damaged?
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

We offer 3 packages with add ons available for schools that want to book multiple classroom visits.
Our 20 minute presentation includes a Q & A session and a read-aloud of Grams & Me.
Our 30 minute presentation includes a Q & A session, a read-aloud of Grams & Me, and a theater game.
Our 45 minute presentation includes a Q & A session, a read-aloud of Grams & Me, and a book themed craft.
